General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Agreement”) define the general relationship between Yves Rocher (Thailand) Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and the customer who purchases products for personal or family use, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.” This Agreement applies exclusively to purchases made at retail stores.

General Definitions

1. Products: Refers to Yves Rocher brand products sold at retail stores.
2. Purchasing Products: Refers to the act of purchasing products at the point of sale within a retail store.
3. Retail Stores: Refers to the branches of stores that sell Yves Rocher products.

Price and Payment Conditions

1. 2.1 The price of products sold at the point of sale in a retail store is the net price, including VAT, before any discounts are applied (if any).
2. 2.2 If the Customer wishes to use Beauty Coins or various discount coupons, they must inquire about or inform the staff and present the coupons or other discount privileges before every purchase. If the Customer fails to notify the staff in advance and the net total has already been calculated, the Company reserves the right to refuse the use of Beauty Coins or discount coupons for that order.
3. 2.3 The Customer can pay for products with cash, credit cards, debit cards, Quick Response Code (QR Code) transfers, and other channels as specified by the Company.
4. 2.4 If the Customer requires a tax invoice, they must present their national ID card and request it on the same day as the purchase transaction.

Warranty

The Company certifies that all products sold in its retail stores are genuine, new, unused, not old stock, and of the quality specified. They are also legally authorized for sale, production, import, and/or advertising in accordance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

Product Returns and Refunds

The Company respects the rights of consumers as protected by consumer protection laws. The Customer may return or request a refund for products within a 7-day warranty period from the date of purchase on the receipt. For details on the methods and conditions, please refer to our Product Return and Refund Policy. However, for clearance products, the Company reserves the right to refuse all returns or refunds.

Promotional Offers

The Company’s promotional offers for products or complimentary items may vary and are valid only during the specified dates and times.

While the Company prepares a sufficient stock of complimentary items, some items may be temporarily out of stock. The Company will inform the Customer before the purchase. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to change the complimentary item, provided that the Customer is notified in advance and the value of the replacement item is not less than that of the original complimentary item.

Consent to the Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

1. 6.1 The Customer agrees and consents to the Company collecting, using, or disclosing their personal data, including purchase order information and/or other personal data related to transactions with the Customer. The Customer also consents to the Company collecting, using, or disclosing such personal data to individuals, legal entities, or affiliated companies, as well as to third parties.
2. 6.2 The Customer may inquire about and study personal data protection, as well as the rights of the data subject, in more detail in the Personal Data Processing Notice.

Amendments to Service Details

If the Company amends, changes, or adds to this Agreement, the Company will announce the changes on its website. Therefore, please check for changes to this Agreement regularly.
