Terms and Conditions of Service

  1. Our Services

    1. Yves Rocher (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the company” or “Yves Rocher”) offers facial, body, and scalp treatments. These treatments are designed to be a relaxing process for your skin and scalp which may involve massage, application of company’s products, or specialized device performed by trained staff, depending on the type of treatment.
    2. Please note that the results may vary depending on each individual condition.
  2. Customer Acknowledgement

    1. By purchasing a treatment, you certify that you are over 18 years of age.
    2. You also certify that at the time of registration and at each service performed, you do not have any health risks that could be harmful during the service performed. If you have any health risks, you must inform our staff before registration and before each service performed. This will allow our staff to assess safety and provide initial recommendations. If you fail to notify us, the company will not be responsible for any physical or mental issues that may occur during or after the service performed.
    3. You acknowledge that each treatment package has a different number of sessions, and you have determined that you can complete all sessions within the package’s validity period, as stated in section 6.
    4. The service is non-transferable and is exclusively use for the customer who purchased the treatment. If you change your name or surname, please ensure to inform the company immediately. For safety purposes, the company reserves the right to refuse service performed to any customer whose personal information does not match the information provided to the company.
  3. Safety and Security

    We provide lockers/cabinets for our customers’ convenience and security. Please store your personal belongings in the locker and keep the key with you at all times during your service performed. Company does not held any responsible to your personal belonging.

  4. Appointments and Rescheduling

    1. You can find details about stores and contact numbers to book your appointments on our website, www.yves-rocher.co.th. We recommend arriving at your scheduled store15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you receive the full duration of your service.
    2. To reschedule an appointment, you must contact the store you booked at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment date. If you do not notify the company in advance, the appointment will be considered used, and you will not be able to reschedule it.
  5. Changes, Cancellations, or Refunds

    Purchased treatments cannot be exchanged for products, cash, discounts, or other treatments. They also cannot be canceled. Refunds are only available under conditions specified by law.

  6. Treatment Validity Period

    1. Treatments purchased for 1-2 sessions are valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.
    2. Treatments purchased for 3-5 sessions are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
    3. Treatments purchased for 6 or more sessions are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
    4. You must book and complete all sessions within this validity period. The company reserves the right not to extend the validity period.
  7. Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information

    1. The company will collect and use your general personal information, such as your full name, age, date of birth, phone number, and email, for the sole purposes of identity verification, scheduling appointments, and following up on services.
    2. We will also collect your basic health information with your consent for the sole purpose of assessing your safety during the service.
    3. We encourage you to read our privacy policy for more details. We certify that your information will be kept confidential, and we will do our best to ensure your personal data is kept secure and not accessed without authorization.
  8. Amendments to Service Details

    The company reserves the right to amend the service details without prior notice, provided that such changes do not negatively affect your benefits. Any new terms and conditions will be announced on the company’s website, so please check for updates regularly.
