Terms & Conditions

• Points will be automatically added to your account within 1 day after purchasing through eligible channels.
• Points can only be redeemed for rewards or discounts at physical stores. They cannot be used for online purchases.
• Members must present their membership number or registered phone number to staff before payment to earn points. Purchases without membership cannot earn points.
• In case of product returns, any gifts received and the points earned from the returned products will be deducted from the customer’s account.
• Rewards are available in limited quantities and are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Reward coupons must be used before the expiry date stated on the coupon. Expired coupons will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded as points.
• Redeemed points cannot be refunded or changed. If the coupon is not used during payment, it cannot be adjusted later.
• Points will expire within 1 year from the date earned. Please redeem your rewards before the expiry date. Expired points cannot be used and will not be compensated.
• Yves Rocher reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the membership program, including changes in earning and redemption policies, without prior notice. In case of disputes, Yves Rocher reserves the right to make the final decision.
